Each Second Saturday, we suggest you pray these prayers.  (The Act of Reparation is from the diocese of Cloyne in Ireland.)

Act of Reparation
Almighty God, Father of Love, you have called us together in Christ as your family. In the name of the whole Church we come before you to express our sadness and remorse for the sins and crimes committed against children and young people by some priests and religious and for the grievous failures of some bishops and superiors to respond justly and responsibly to allegations of abuse. 0 God, we ask for mercy and seek to atone for the actions and inactions of the past that have obscured the light of the Gospel throughout the world.

Heavenly Father, through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and in view of the fasting and self-denial He has moved us to offer for this intention, purify your Church from the evil that has infected it.  May your Holy Spirit inspire your bishops, priests, deacons, religious and laity to live lives of personal holiness, never fearing to bear forth your light so as to dispel the darkness that has descended upon your Holy Church, and to shine the light of your love and compassion on those who live in this darkness, especially the victims and their families, the perpetrators and the enablers of sexual abuse.  Bring them, as well as those falsely accused, healing and grace; and may the truth set them free.  We ask this through Christ Our Lord.  Amen.

[We suggest some form of self-denial along with the above Reparation and Prayer, to be offered every Second Saturday.   Such fasting may take the form of a reduction of calories for the day, abstaining from certain pleasures such as the use of the internet or watching TV, or any other sacrifice within your reach, appropriate to your station in life - to be offered for the above intentions on the Second Saturday of each month, except during solemnities or during major feasts.]
